If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return it. To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
To begin a return, you can contact us at returns@saltwaterandbones.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, you will then need to go back to www.saltwaterandbones.com and place a new order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to the original payment method. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
